Effective August 26, 2026
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. The Service is intended for business and professional use, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including export, trade, and sanctions regulations, in connection with your use.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing access and configuration for their users.
zerotrail performs automated offensive security testing that reasons across your applications and infrastructure to identify and validate exploitable vulnerabilities. You direct where and how the Service runs and remain responsible for supervising its use within your environments.
You may only direct the Service at systems, applications, and infrastructure that you own or are expressly authorized to test. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and authorizations for every target you connect or submit, and you are solely responsible for ensuring such authorization. Unauthorized testing is strictly prohibited.
You retain all rights to the code, configurations, and other materials you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant zerotrail a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service and to produce your results.
The Service produces findings, attack paths, and proofs of exploitability that may contain inaccuracies or omissions. You are responsible for independently reviewing all output before acting on it, and you should not treat any result as a substitute for your own security judgment.
The Service may integrate with third-party services, such as code hosts and cloud providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and zerotrail is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
You agree not to use the Service to test systems without authorization; to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any system; to develop or distribute malware for malicious purposes; to violate any law or third-party right; or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
zerotrail and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including its software, models, and methodology. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without restriction.
Paid plans are billed in advance and, unless stated otherwise, renew automatically for successive terms until cancelled. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on notice effective at the start of your next billing term.
Each party may receive confidential information from the other and agrees to protect it and use it only to perform under these Terms, except for information that is public, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from a third party.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete Customer Content in the ordinary course.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will identify every vulnerability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, zerotrail will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless zerotrail from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your Customer Content, or your breach of these Terms, including any testing you conduct without proper authorization.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and zerotrail regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected], or by mail to zerotrail, Inc., 584 Castro St Suite #4209, San Francisco, CA 94114.
